Our client, a federal IT organization, sought to optimize its solution development process to address long delivery cycles and highly silo’d operations.

T. White Parker was contracted to;

  • Overhaul and Modernize the SDLC Framework and Methodology
  • Support Organizational Change Management Activities (related to the organization’s transition to the new framework/methodology)

The Result:

The end result of this engagement was the successful development and implementation of a modernized, Agile-based solutions development lifecycle framework and methodology that supported the customer’s evolving needs. The forward-looking process ensured compliance with federal mandates and the organization’s goals while also addressing the concerns raised by the customer’s user base.

The revised process was accompanied by a number of easy-to-understand diagrams, templates and narratives that support users’ transition to the modernized, Agile approach.
