Lockheed Martin Executive Joins T. White Parker

October 4, 2009. Lloyd Parker will head-up T. White Parker’s Human Capital Management Practice. Lloyd spent the last 17 years of his career at Lockheed Martin where he most recently held the position of Director of Staffing and Workforce Strategy responsible for the IS&GS Defense group’s staffing and workforce strategy. As the Human Capital Management Practice lead at T. White Parker, Lloyd is responsible for human capital management-related engagements and the overall growth of the practice. Lloyd’s leadership in the workforce strategy community combined with his charismatic ability to build and sustain relationships with customers, colleagues and employees will serve well in this new capacity.
